WHAT IS ELECTRO-IONIZATION (EI) ?
Electron ionization (EI) is an ionization method in which energetic electrons interact with atoms or molecules in the gas phase to produce ions.
Based on the patented technology of electrochemical coagulation (electrolysis), Confident Engineering India Private Limited has researched, developed and successfully applied Electro-Ionization technology for salt solution recovery projects in the textile and dyeing industry.

Confident's Electro-Ionization System uses an MMO-coated anode made by coating a mixture of noble metal oxides such as RuO2, IrO2, TiO2 and Ta2O5 onto another precious metal that has been specially treated. The coated substrate undergoes multiple heat treatments at high temperatures to achieve good bonding properties between the substrate and coating. This bonding property increases the life of the anode.
Titanium is often widely used as a base material because of its well-known properties such as corrosion resistance, resistance to chemical "attacks" and high mechanical strength.

FEATURES OF THE CONFIDENT ELECTRO-IONIZATION (EI) SYSTEM
► Electro ionization system is the most suitable process to remove Colour, COD & BOD in dye baths of textile industry and other industries related to chemical dyes without adding any decolorizing chemicals any.
► The system uses Titanium electrodes coated with many metal oxides.
► Direct current is generated in wastewater through Titan electrodes. The reactions produce NaOCl and Cl2 in minimal controllable quantities.
► The system produces NaOCl and Cl2 in the necessary ratio to remove color in the dye bath.
